The Instant Abs machine is an effective excercise tool that uses gravity as resistance to train your upper and lower muscles.

How to use:

1.Place your lower back and pelvis against the back pad of the Instant Abs Machine.

2.Place your arms along the arm bars and hold on to the handles on the sides of the machine.

3.Position your feet into the foot clip so that the top of your feet are touching the black foot bar.

4.Using your abdominal muscles, swing your feet up until they are parallel to the ground.

Your upper body should remain fairly stable.

5.Lower your feet back into the original position.

This machine is very easy to use and folds away neatly.

The Instant Abs machine cost £65.00 and the weights cost £30.00 when bought and they are in excellent condition as new, so grab yourself a bargin!
